The answer is quite simple, Do a search for "real estate Simi Valley". When I did this, there were 74,000 results. So why don't you get any visitors? Think about it from your own internet searches. If you search for auto parts Simi Valley and get back 24,000 results, how would you treat the results, probable choose someone within the first 10 in the list, you may even go to the second page in the results. but my guess not any further without changing your search criteria.

Now we know why you don't get any visitors or registrations, If you don't show up in the first couple of pages, no one sees your site.
